How it works

A clear plan for every visit.

From check-in to progress tracking, each step is designed to keep you informed, comfortable and in control.

YOUR CONTROL

Hands-on work requires ongoing consent. Ask a question, change position, reduce intensity, pause or stop at any point.

Your visit

Five connected steps.

Your appointment may include some or all of these steps, depending on the service you choose and your screening.

01

Check in

Tell us about your goals, activity, relevant health considerations and how your body feels that day. First visits include required consent and screening.

02

Measure

When included, we establish a movement baseline, complete a BIA body-composition assessment or create an optional 3D progress record.

03

Move

Your coach guides you through comfortable, controlled positions. Every stretch is adjusted through conversation and your feedback.

04

Recover

Eligible clients may add a brief, supervised cold-water experience followed by a gradual rewarming period once the service is available.

05

Track

Repeat assessments under similar conditions to follow trends and help refine the focus of future visits.

Before you arrive

A little preparation helps.

We will send service-specific instructions with your appointment confirmation.

01

Dress to move

Wear clean, comfortable athletic clothing that allows easy, unrestricted movement.

02

Prepare to scan

For a body-composition assessment, follow the hydration, meal and exercise guidance supplied before your visit.

03

Share what matters

Tell the team about relevant conditions, injuries, pregnancy, medication changes or recent procedures during screening.

04

Pack for recovery

If cold recovery is confirmed, bring a swimsuit. Towel, changing and rewarming details will be included in your booking note.

Understanding the numbers

Consistency makes trends more useful.

A BIA assessment estimates body fat, skeletal muscle and body water. An optional 3D scan creates a visual avatar and circumference estimates.

These values can change with hydration, food, exercise, temperature and time of day. They are intended for wellness tracking—not as an exact clinical measurement or medical diagnosis.

After your visit

Leave with a next step.

Your coach can suggest a practical visit rhythm based on your stated goals and response—without guaranteeing a result.

A

Review

Recap the focus areas, comfort level and any assessment observations from your visit.

B

Repeat

Return for a focused or full-body session when it fits your routine.

C

Reassess

Repeat measurements under similar conditions to follow change over time.

D

Refine

Adjust the areas and services you prioritize as your goals or routine change.
