SAFETY FIRST

If you have an injury, medical condition, recent procedure or another concern, contact the team before booking so we can discuss the appropriate next step.

Assisted stretching

The stretch session.

It is a one-to-one wellness session in which a stretch coach helps position and support your body through controlled stretches. The intensity is adjusted using your feedback.

A session should not feel sharp, forced or uncontrolled. Some positions may feel challenging, but you remain in control and can ask to reduce intensity, change position, pause or stop.

No. Assisted stretching is a general wellness and mobility service. It does not diagnose injuries or replace assessment and treatment from a regulated healthcare professional.

Tell us before booking. The service may need to be modified or declined, and we may request clearance from an appropriate healthcare professional.

It depends on your goals, activity and response to the sessions. Your coach can suggest a practical rhythm after your first visit, without promising a specific result.

Wear clean, comfortable athletic clothing that allows easy movement. You remain fully clothed throughout assisted stretching.

Assessments & privacy

Understanding your body insights.

BIA provides estimates rather than a clinical measurement. Hydration, food, exercise, temperature and time of day can change the result. Its greatest value is following trends under similar testing conditions.

No. It is optional and requires separate consent. You may use every other service without creating a body avatar or storing body images.

Assessment data, measurements and body images are sensitive information. Access should be limited to the people who need it to provide your service, and the final privacy policy will explain retention and deletion choices before scans begin.

When appropriate, the sequence is usually assessment first, movement or stretching next, then optional cold recovery. Final eligibility depends on screening, service availability and the appointments booked.

Cold recovery

Eligibility comes first.

No. Cold-water immersion can cause cold shock, breathing changes, dizziness, loss of coordination and cardiovascular stress. Screening is required, and some clients may need medical clearance or may not be eligible.

Yes. The planned service includes guidance for entry, breathing, exposure time, exit and rewarming. Solo use and breath-holding challenges are not part of the experience.

It is a planned launch service. Availability will begin only after final facility approval and operating protocols are complete.

Booking & access

Planning your visit.

Secure checkout is being added in a later phase. Every Purchase button currently opens a contact option so you can reach the team without entering payment information.

Coverage depends on your plan and the verified credentials of the person providing the service. Confirm directly with your insurer before assuming reimbursement.
